I watched the two videos available on the Amazon product page (not sure if they’re from the company), but they were not helpful at all since the pet being groomed had no mats or tangles. While I already have a variety of cat combs and brushes, I specifically needed one to help de-mat my cat in tricky areas like under her armpits.
There were no instructions on the back of the sturdy packaging, and no instruction booklet was included. So far, I haven’t found any helpful videos, photos, or written guides, leaving me completely unsure of how to use this product.
I refuse to risk hurting my cat through trial and error. Unless I can find some clear and user-friendly directions, Iāll have to toss this product and will no longer consider purchasing anything from this company. š
