My Shepherd seemed uncomfortable during use; despite removing a lot of hair, it still pulled quite a bit, even with gentle strokes. Overall, we found ourselves surrounded by loose fur. Fortunately, our friend has a cattle dog mix, and it performed AMAZINGLY on her pup, so we decided to gift it to her, and she absolutely LOVES IT!
